Pumpkin dip-recipe

Today is October 1st.October has so many endearing qualities to be fond of.My daughter,Antonella,was born October 24,2007.We celebrate the whole month long.Between Harvest-Fest,Oktoberfest outings and Halloween gatherings this month it is sure to be a busy time of the year.Get your party hats on the Holidays have just begun!Here is a recipe for pumpkin dip that is eaten very quickly and everyone will want the recipe to.

Ingredients :
1 package (8 ounces) lite cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup canned all natural pumpkin (no sugar or anything else)(Libby's & Acme have all natural pumpkin)
1 cup lite sour cream
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup lite cool whip

Instructions :
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in the pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, and cool whip until blended. Serve in a serving bowl surrounded with sliced apples or baked bread such as carrot or zucchini on a decorative plate. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes: 4 cups. Serves: 8 - 10 people ( Depending on how much one person will eat.I have a friend who can eat 1/2 this recipe herself.)
